Xi'an Zhiqi Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Zhiqi", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of everyone who visits this website. This policy explains what this website does and does not collect. It covers this corporate website only; each of our iOS applications carries its own privacy policy, published on its App Store listing.

1. What This Website Collects

This website has no user accounts, no sign-in, no shopping or payment function, no advertising SDK, and no cross-site tracking. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us: if you write to our contact address, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.

2. Why We Use It

We use the information in your message only to reply to you, to assess whether we can help with the project you describe, to prepare or perform a contract with you, and to meet obligations imposed by law. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit request.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with data brokers. We disclose it to a third party only where it is necessary to deliver a service you have asked for, where you have given specific consent, or where a competent authority requires it under applicable law. Our email is handled by our mail service provider, which processes messages on our behalf in order to deliver them.

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as the enquiry or the resulting engagement is live, and afterwards only for the period required by applicable accounting and contract law. When that period ends, the correspondence is deleted.

You may ask us to confirm what information about you we hold, to correct it, to provide a copy, or to delete it. Write to the address in section 7. We will respond within a reasonable period and in the manner required by applicable law, including the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China where it applies to you.

This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.
